About Us

The history of the area known as 5 Points extends back to the founding of the city in May of 1718. It was the 1st site of the mission San Antonio de Valero which was San Pedro Spring Park just 1-2 blocks north of 5 Points intersection.

We are pleased to be hosting you and your family and friends in our quaint 5 Points Neighborhood. We have been married since 1997 and have 2 great young men. In 1996 we found this old, neglected neighborhood that was in dire need of revitalization and investment. We began by purchasing one 1882 home to completely renovate and utilize for one of our businesses. We fell in love and continued to purchase homes that should have been demolished. We started with one and before you know it, we renovated about (33) homes. Most were renovated for long term rent, but we did renovate (3) beautiful homes and operated them as vacation homes.

In 2017 we decided to increase our vacation home portfolio by converting long term rentals to short term rentals and create a destination creating a neighborhood that is very walkable to local restaurants and bars with live music and local historical destinations. We currently own and operate (33) vacation homes and will continue adding to our portfolio. We currently have (33) vacation homes with 3 blocks of each other. We have homes from 1 bedroom 1 bath to 4 bedrooms 3 baths.

Located just north outside of Downtown the 5 Points Neighborhood offers great Local Restaurants, Bars and Live Music for your enjoyment. Within walking distance you will find a Grocery Store/Meat Market, Pharmacy Store,  and plenty of fast food restaurants.

Visiting Downtown and its destinations is a quick $5-$6 dollar Uber/Lyft ride. The riverwalk is only an 8-9 block walk away!
